8" Tall, all original, German #8099, with some original Powder Puffs in skirt, probably Hertwig & Co. circa 1920's, skirt has seen  better days, has arms extended with brown beads in hair and blue pin at center. Half doll is about 2 3/4" tall.  Great piece for any collection.
