In honor of Cassette's upcoming 50th anniversary, the Madame Alexander Doll Co made this beautiful limited edition trunk set in a lavish light tan suede trunk that opens up to show several different outfits as well as a lovely Cassette doll. The tan suede trunk has a wonderful leather label tag with a backdrop of musical notes and opens up to contain a wonderful trousseau with multiple levels! Being the souvenir of Detroit's Music City, Cassette is dressed for a night of performing on the town! She comes dressed in a flared gold evening gown, gold matching heels and a light yellow furry boa that she wears with her blonde hair and cascading faux rhinestone earrings. She has three other outfits (two other dresses and undergarments). She comes with three pairs of shoes, a microphone and sheet music so that she can sing to her beloved audiences! She has one light blue modern evening gown with sequin trim at the bottom. Her second dress is a light burgundy dress in a turn-of-the century style as Cassette's musical tastes are diversified throughout all the eras! She also has two additional hairpieces which can be worn for a unique look at every one of her performances!. This set is not available through Madame Alexander dealers and was only provided to the United Federation of Doll Clubs members attending the 2007 convention in Detroit.
